Nell Callen

Nell Callen is a Partner with Curtis Strategy. She brings more than ten years of human resources generalist experience, including the commercial real estate development and financial services industries. Prior to joining the Curtis Strategy team, Nell served as the Director of Human Resources and was responsible for all areas of HR strategy and operations including recruiting, onboarding, retention, compensation, benefits, compliance, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and DEIB. Nell has advised a variety of non-profit clients including health and human services agencies, credit unions, and associations. Nell is passionate about advancing leadership potential and supporting organizations through strategic and cultural change initiatives. 

Nell holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Latin American Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the New England Human Resources Association.
